Here’s how it works:
After we start construction, it's going to take about a year to build your new home in The Views at St. Joseph. It's too soon to sell your current home now. We'll help you market your home, at the appropriate time, to make sure that it is sold when your new home is complete. And if it doesn't sell within an agreed upon time, we'll buy it from you at an agreed upon price.
