Our 55 custom designed suites come in sizes from 990 – 2,045 sq ft and offer features not found anywhere else.  We’ve gone to extreme lengths to make your suite personal, comfortable and feel like “home”.

• Stunning great rooms are friendly, bright, open and airy and offer an incredible sense of space and 9’ ceilings add to the sense of size and space
• Solid oak or maple kitchens and vanities with soft close doors and drawers, granite topped islands, granite sink with garburetor, upgraded Kitchenaid appliances, in-suite stacking washer and dryer.
• Delightful master suites – all with large walk-in closets and sumptuous ensuite baths with luxurious soaker tubs and large tile showers.
• Extra soundproofing in the walls and floors make this one of the quietest buildings anywhere.
• Extra insulation and “Solar Shield” windows that reflect summer heat out and allow winter heat in will all help to keep your home comfortable in every season.
• The underfloor heat has separate thermostats for the bedrooms and the rest of the house to allow you to keep the bedrooms cooler.
• Optional air conditioning roughed in – Misubishi units are high quality, very compact and quiet.
• Exceptionally large covered balconies with gas b-b-q outlet, glass safety barriers and aluminum railings.
