Amenities at the Views are designed to maximize your lifestyle while keeping building operating expenses affordable.

Our two storey lobby welcomes your guests in grand style with a comfortable lounge area, two sided gas fireplace and water feature.  The lounge features a fully refurbished 1921 piano donated by the Daughters of Wisdom, the original occupants of our site.

The guest suite offers a first class hotel experience with queen bed, full bath and 46” LCD TV.

A fully equipped gym comes complete with treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bicycle, weights, balls and yoga mats.  There’s a 46” LCD TV to entertain you and a washroom and change area completes the space.

Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries or family gatherings in the party room.  There’s seating for up to 60, a full kitchen and a patio to make every event special.

All parking is underground.  83 spacious, brightly lit stalls, bicycle racks and storage areas.  The parking area is secured from the rest of the building as an additional safety feature.

Landscape

Enjoy a walk through the gardens that surround the building.  Spend a moment contemplating at the original school bell and tower or sit in the garden gazebo and enjoy the downtown view.  Surrounded by 6’ security fencing, you’ll feel secure in this beautiful outdoor extension of your home.
